No—Ethereal & Eden is intentionally designed to give you complete flexibility. You’re welcome to bring in your own catering, beverages, and vendors—often saving thousands compared to traditional venues.
Yes-Whether you bring in a full vendor team or take a more hands-on approach, the space is designed to support your vision from start to finish.
Your rental includes full-day and night access to the venue, tables, chairs, and thoughtfully curated on-site amenities, giving you the freedom to design your day your way.
You’re free to bring in any vendors you choose. We’re also happy to provide a list of trusted partners if you’d like a place to start.
The venue is designed to comfortably accommodate up to 200 guests.
Yes—alcohol is permitted with a licensed and insured bartender. A security professional is required when alcohol is served.
Ethereal & Eden will feature expansive, picturesque grounds, curated outdoor spaces, ample parking, and thoughtfully designed areas for both ceremony and celebration—creating a setting that feels timeless, romantic, and entirely your own.
We are currently in the planning and development phase, with a projected opening in summer 2027.
